All vines grow from the same central root system. Each grows in its own direction, changing colour along the way, but each is connected to all others at its core. If we understood ourselves in this way, each of us connected to everyone else, hurting another person would seem as illogical as hurting ourselves. As a human family sharing the same time and space, we are, in a cosmic sense, part of each other.
